• South-India Bench-Press,Deadlift & Powerlifting Championship (equipped & unequipped) to be held in the month of March,2023.

• North-India Bench-Press,Deadlift & Powerlifting Championship (equipped & unequipped) to be held in the month of April,2023,Alongwith
  Sub-Junior,Junior & Master National Bench-Press,Deadlift & Powerlifting Championship (equipped ).

• East-India Bench-Press,Deadlift & Powerlifting Championship (equipped & unequipped) to be held in the month of June,2023.

• West-India Bench-Press,Deadlift & Powerlifting Championship (equipped & unequipped) to be held in the month of July,2023.
